what we do

JMH Housing and Development Advisors provides customized development advisory services to housing authorities, nonprofits, municipalities, and mission-driven organizations pursuing affordable, supportive, and community-focused housing initiatives.

With experience across the full development cycle — from early concept planning and site evaluation through financing, design coordination, team procurement, construction oversight, and project closeout — JMH can support clients at any stage of a project. Services are tailored to the specific needs of each organization and engagement, whether that means helping evaluate a new development opportunity, structure a financing plan, assemble a project team, manage predevelopment activities, or provide owner’s representation through execution.
